The warranty help wasn’t terrible or anything, but the return took way longer than I expected. It got handled eventually, just... not as smoothly as I’d hoped

I got my Great Northern popcorn machine put together quickly, it was a lot easier than I expected. Everything was packed really well, the instructions were clear enough to follow, and I had it assembled by myself in about 30 minutes. No missing pieces, no frustrating surprises, and it feels nice and sturdy once it’s all set up. I’m really happy with it so far!

I ordered some popcorn supplies and the shipping was a bit slower than I was hoping for. Nothing major though — everything showed up in good condition, and overall it was a decent experience. Just wish it had arrived a little sooner

The box showed up a little dented, which wasn’t great... but thankfully everything inside was okay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and buttery this popcorn tasted. It’s simple, but really good. I’d definitely consider picking it up if you’re in the mood for a solid snack...

I was glad to see that replacement parts were actually available, but getting everything sorted wasn’t as easy as I expected. It took more time and effort than it should have, i feel like some kind of compensation or credit would be fair for the hassle.

Had a small order issue, so I reached out to customer service. They replied the next day and fixed it easily. Took a little longer than I hoped, but it was fine overall. I’d order again.

I picked up one of the Great Northern popcorn machines, and the size is about what I was expecting. It’s not tiny by any means, but it still fits on my counter without looking ridiculous (which was my main concern).

The capacity has been really good so far. It makes enough popcorn for my family in one go, so I’m not stuck making batch after batch (always a win).
I’m giving it 4 stars only because it does take up a little more counter space than I first pictured. That said, I’m still happy with it overall and it does exactly what I needed.

Picked up a popcorn maker from them and it’s better than I was expecting. feels sturdy, heats up quick enough, and the popcorn comes out good every time. nothing feels cheap or flimsy so far, so yeah, happy with it

I ordered a few accessories for my popcorn machine and felt good about the purchase once they arrived. The scoop and bags were sturdier than I expected and didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel, which made me feel like I got my money’s worth. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. I did take off one star because one of the items had a small scratch, and that was a little disappointing right out of the box. Overall though, I’m happy with everything and would probably order again

It works fine overall, but cleaning it isn’t as quick as I thought it would be. Some parts wipe down easily, but the corners get sticky and are kind of annoying to deal with. It’s not terrible or anything, just more maintenance than I was hoping for. I also didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i don’t have much faith they’d be any help.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it pops fast and, so far, it hasn’t jammed on me once.

I ordered the popcorn kernels and oil, and they both seemed fresh when they showed up. The popcorn popped nicely, and I didn’t really notice that old or stale taste I’ve had with some other bags before. The oil smelled fine to me too and worked well. I’m taking off one star because shipping was a bit slower than I was hoping for, but as far as the product goes, I’d say it was solid.

i mean, I was mostly worried about getting random cold spots or burnt edges, but the popcorn has come out evenly heated almost every time. So far, no weird half-cold batches or burnt corners

I tried this out recently while doing some shopping, mostly because I was already looking for a few similar things and figured I might as well give it a shot. It’s okay overall, but for the price, I was kind of expecting a bit more. Not terrible by any means, just not the best value in my opinion.
